Simon Broekema

Simon Broekema is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales strategy, operations, and revenue management. As the SVP of Sales Strategy & Operations at Ibotta since March 2025, Simon brings a wealth of expertise gained from previous roles, including VP of Strategy & Operations at Catalyte and VP of Revenue Operations at Jobandtalent, where leadership in scaling global revenue operations was key. With a significant tenure at Twitter, including roles as Chief of Staff to the Chief Revenue Officer and Senior Director for Global Revenue, Simon has excelled in developing revenue strategies and optimizing sales productivity. Prior to these positions, Simon co-founded Qoopl, worked as an Investment Associate in M&A at Unibail-Rodamco, and held various leadership roles in academic organizations. Educational achievements include a CEMS Master of Science from Esade and a Master's in Finance from HEC Paris.
