Jimmy Au

Jimmy Au has a work experience that spans over several decades. Jimmy began their career in 1986 as an Assistant Purchasing Manager at General Electronics HK Ltd. Jimmy then moved on to Everex Systems Procurement Ltd in 1988, where they served as a Purchasing Manager until 1990. From 1990 to 2005, they worked at Forsteppe Enterprise Ltd as a General Manager. Since 2005, Jimmy has been with IBS Electronics Group, initially as the Vice President of Operations, and currently as the President.

Jimmy Au has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development from The University of Huddersfield, obtained in 2019. Jimmy is also a member of CIPS - The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply, specializing in Procurement and Supply Chain. Jimmy holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations, General from the University of East Asia. In 2022, they completed an Advanced Diploma in Child and Adolescent Nutrition at HKU SPACE in the College of Life Sciences and Technology. Additionally, Jimmy has a Higher National Diploma in Purchasing & Supply from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Jimmy has obtained various certifications, including Managing Your Well-Being as a Leader, Managing Up, Down, and Across the Organization, Negotiation Foundations, and Power BI Essential Training from LinkedIn.
