Victoria Selivanova

Victoria Selivanova is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and recruitment. Currently serving as the Director of Personnel for the Division at IBS since April 2020, Victoria previously held the role of HR Business Partner. Prior positions include HR Manager at Аплана from October 2015 to April 2020, and Recruiter at ANCOR, where the focus was on sourcing middle and top-level specialists in the IT and Telecom sectors.
