Norman Lauver has extensive work experience spanning over several years. Norman started their career at IBT Industrial Solutions in 1996 as an Inside Sales representative in Topeka and later held various positions such as Store Manager in Omaha and Sioux City. Norman then transitioned into administrative support at IBT, Inc. Corporate office before becoming a Government Sales Specialist. In 2019, Norman took on the role of Product Content Specialist II, focusing on sourcing and enriching product content for IBT's ERP system and online Storefront. Currently, Norman is a Business Analyst at IBT, where they play a vital role in the implementation of the new ERP system and acts as a liaison with business users to elicit and validate requirements. Prior to their time at IBT, Norman also served as a Production Supervisor at H. M. Ives & Sons, managing operations in a distribution center.

Norman Lauver's education history begins in 1980 when they attended Rossville High School and obtained their Diploma. Norman studied College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program at Rossville High School.

In 1984, Norman enrolled in The University of Kansas and pursued a degree in Biochemistry. However, they did not complete their degree program and graduated without a degree.

In 1987, Norman briefly attended Washburn University, where they focused on Biochemistry as well, but did not obtain a degree from this institution either.

In 2016, Norman pursued further education at Johnson County Community College. Norman obtained a Microsoft Excel Specialist Certificate, specializing in Microsoft Excel.
