Jeana Parker

Jeana Parker has extensive work experience in the benefits administration field. Jeana has held various positions at different companies throughout their career. Jeana started their career at Ceridian as an Account Manager and Call Center Manager, where they were responsible for managing large benefits administration technology customers. After working at Ceridian for almost 10 years, they joined PlanSource as the Director of Operations, where they led multiple teams and played a key role in establishing a service model to streamline benefits administration tasks. Jeana then moved on to become the Vice President of Client Services at PlanSource, where they supported over 2500 employers and several hundred brokers. Following their time at PlanSource, they joined Plansight as the Senior Vice President of Client Success. Currently, they are the Director of Technology at iBTR, where they provide leadership for the Benefits Administration division and focuses on driving scalable solutions to exceed client expectations.

Jeana Parker earned an Associates degree in Business Technology and Administration/Legal Secretary from Utah Valley University, where they studied from 1992 to 1997. In addition, they obtained a certification as an Insurance Agent, Limited Resident from the State of Utah Insurance Department in December 2019.
