Mark Chung

Mark Chung serves as the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of IBTTA, leading the organization in advancing safe, reliable, and financially sustainable mobility in the tolling and surface transportation sectors. In conjunction with this role, Mark is an Advisory Board Member for the UNC Highway Safety Research Center, contributing to transportation safety research and policy. Previously, Mark held the position of Executive Vice President at the National Safety Council, overseeing safety initiatives in various environments. Mark's experience includes leadership roles at the U.S. Department of Transportation, SAE International, COOPER TIRE & RUBBER COMPANY INC, Cummins Inc., Yokohama Tire Corporation, Ford Motor Company, and KAYA Media. Mark holds an MBA in Marketing and Business Economics from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and a BS in Business Administration from USC Marshall School of Business.
