Irma Mireles

Irma Mireles currently serves as the Platform Carrier Administrator for the South Region at IBTX, an Acrisure Agency Partner, beginning in October 2023. With a career at Acrisure starting in November 2008, Irma has held various roles including Agency Support Specialist, focusing on reporting, licensing, state filings, and compliance. Prior to their current role, Irma worked at IBTX from November 2015 to November 2023 as an Operations Specialist, and held multiple management positions at IBTX Risk Services from August 2001 to November 2008, overseeing commercial and personal lines departments. Irma's experience also includes a decade at State Farm Insurance as a Customer Service Representative, along with earlier roles in marketing and sales at Express Temporary Service and AAA Auto Club South, respectively. Irma is an alumna of San Antonio College.
