Herdini Primasari

Herdini Primasari is an accomplished psychologist with extensive experience in clinical practices and counseling. Currently serving as a Psychologist at PT Industri Kereta Api (Persero) since April 2024, Herdini manages the selection process for employees in the assessment and talent management department. Concurrently, as a Career Counselor at Startup Campus and Clinical Psychologist at both ANIMO Psikologi and IBUNDA.ID, Herdini specializes in mood management, anxiety, and academic stress, providing individual and group counseling services. Additional roles include school counseling at Sekolah Cikal, assistant lecturing at Universitas Gadjah Mada, and clinical psychology internships that focused on psychological assessments and support. Herdini holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Universitas Gadjah Mada and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universitas Islam Indonesia.
