Brian Bosse is a seasoned finance executive with a robust track record in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as CEO & Director at IC Capitalight Corp. since January 2017, Brian has successfully restructured the company by integrating profitable cash-flowing assets and establishing a self-funding model through diverse revenue streams. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer at Zentek Ltd. from May 2018 to December 2023, Brian played a pivotal role in accelerating the company's growth and advancing its objectives in commercial production and market adoption. Prior experience includes Vice President Portfolio Manager at Dundee Corporation, where Brian developed the firm's first new investment product and managed the Goodman Bluespring Fund. Brian holds a CFA Charterholder designation from the CFA Institute and earned a Bachelor's degree with Honours in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University.
