Eric Bogard

Eric Bogard has extensive work experience in project and program management. Eric is currently serving as the Director of the Project Management Office at iC Consult since January 2022. Prior to this, they were the Director of the Program Management Office at ICSynergy from February 2021 to December 2022.

Before their roles in consultancy companies, Eric worked at the Columbus Regional Airport Authority from January 2015 to February 2021 as a Program Manager, overseeing and leading technology-based project activities. Eric also worked at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center as a Team Manager from April 2013 to December 2014, where they managed project management resources and coordinated IT Governance processes.

Earlier in their career, Eric held various roles at Resource from 2008 to 2013, including Associate Director Project Management, Associate Director Operations, and Senior Project Manager. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant in IT Project Management at Nationwide Insurance from 2005 to 2008, and as a Specialist in IT Business Consulting and Analysis at Nationwide Financial from 2002 to 2005. Eric started their professional journey at Nationwide Financial as a Service Team Unit Manager from November 1995 to December 2000.

Eric Bogard graduated from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business in 1991 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing. Eric has additional certifications including Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals obtained in March 2023, Agile Hybrid Project Pro obtained in January 2022, CSM obtained in September 2013, and PMP obtained in October 2007.
