Serge Malchankou

Serge Malchankou has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Serge worked at IC Manage from 2012, starting as a Member of Technical Staff and eventually becoming the Director of Engineering in May 2022. Prior to that, they were a Software Engineer at Silvaco Inc from 2008 to 2012. Before that, they worked at CTXM as a Sr. Software Engineer, where they developed back-end tools for payment transactions and maintained billing databases. Their earliest work experience was at SYSPROG Co, where they served as a Sr. Software Engineer from 2000 to 2007. At SYSPROG Co, they worked on projects related to 2D and 3D image processing for medicine, biology, and crystallography.

Serge Malchankou received a Master's degree in Mathematics from Belarusian State University, graduating between 1990 and 1995.
