Mayne Ayliffe

Mayne Ayliffe is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at IC Markets since February 2025, following a role as Global Head of HR at INFINOX Global. Previous positions include Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Commercial Bank of Dubai, Global HR Projects & Business Partner at Equiti Group, and Human Capital Manager at Al Mal Capital PSC. Mayne's career also includes experience as a Human Capital Senior Associate at PwC and an HRIS Advisor at Seadrill. Educational qualifications comprise a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Behavior from Harvard Extension School, an Intermediate Diploma in Human Resource Management from CIPD, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of the Philippines. Additionally, Mayne recently completed a 2bAPC Accredited Performance Coach program.
