Philip Rosen

Philip Rosen serves as the Chief Information Officer and Chief of Operations Officer-Director at ICA Engineering, LLC since August 2011. In addition, Philip is a Board Member on the Board of Directors for Atlantic Federal Credit Union since May 2021. Prior to these roles, Philip held the position of COO at Computer Systems Analysis, LLC from 1998 to 2009. Educationally, Philip obtained a Master of Science in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology between 2020 and 2023 and holds a Bachelor's degree from New York University.
