Jorge Rodriguez is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in debt capital markets and infrastructure financing. Currently serving as Managing Director at Marathon Capital since August 2019, Jorge previously held the position of Managing Director and Global Head of Infrastructure Debt at DWS Group, where significant accomplishments included directing the establishment of a private infrastructure debt investment platform with over $1.8 billion in capital. Earlier roles include Managing Director at Aladdin Capital, where Jorge co-created a platform for private market debt investments, Managing Director at Dresdner Kleinwort focusing on infrastructure financing with extensive transaction values, Vice President at BNP Paribas leading structuring in power and energy, Associate at Crédit Agricole CIB, and Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Jorge holds an MBA in Finance and Management from Northwestern University and a BA in Economics from Trinity College-Hartford.
