Frida Monsén

Frida Monsén has a diverse work experience in various industries. Frida is currently working at ICA Gruppen as the Learning & Tech Talent Lead, where they have held roles such as Manager Learning & Talent Development and Learning Digital Lead. Prior to that, they worked at Yennenga Progress as a Board Member and at Athenas Talare Sverige as a Professional Speaker.

Frida also has experience as the Chief Experience Officer at GWEN, where they were responsible for People & Culture, managed teams, and provided HR and business consulting for clients in EdTech and learning strategy.
