Magnus Eriksson

Magnus Eriksson is a seasoned data and platform engineer with extensive experience in cloud technologies and team leadership. Currently serving as a Data Engineer and Platform Engineer/DevOps at ICA Gruppen since April 2022, Magnus is involved in the development and management of data platforms on Google Cloud Platform while centralizing services for data engineers and analysts. Prior to this role, Magnus worked at Forefront Consulting as an IT consultant, focusing on Google Cloud. Magnus spent over a decade at Vaimo, progressing from Senior Backend Developer to Team Lead, where responsibilities included leading platform engineering efforts and advancing containerization with Kubernetes. Earlier professional experiences include web and application development roles at Limetta AB and Northspace AB, complemented by a solid academic foundation from Stockholm University.
