Rikard Segerström

Rikard Segerström has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology and data analytics field. Rikard currently serves as the Data & Analytics Lead at ICA Gruppen since December 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Reliability & Product Manager at SEB from April 2019 to December 2020. Rikard also held positions at SEBx as a Data Platform Architect from November 2018 to April 2019, and at SEB as an IT Solution Liaison - BI & Analytics from February 2018 to October 2018.

Before joining SEB, Rikard worked at ICA from May 2015 to February 2018, holding the role of Project and Delivery Lead. Prior to that, they were a System Expert & Delivery Lead at ICA from June 2012 to April 2015.

Rikard's earlier experience includes working at Ericsson as a Team Leader, System Manager, and System Developer from September 2004 to June 2012. Rikard also worked as a Consultant (System Development) at Cue Decision Management from April 2004 to August 2004. Rikard started their career as a Software Developer, first at Softbet Ltd from August 2003 to March 2004, then at Biglandscape AB from November 2001 to August 2003, and finally at VS Market AB from April 2001 to October 2001.

Rikard Segerström earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, which they completed between 1998 and 2001. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as "Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager" from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2020, and is pursuing certifications in Google Cloud Big Data and Machine Learning Fundamentals, as well as Digital Transformation with Google Cloud, through Coursera, expected to be completed in 2023.
