Sofie Eriksson

Sofie Eriksson has extensive experience in management and development within the technology and retail sectors, holding key positions at ICA Gruppen since December 2014, including Manager for Project and Change Managers and Development Lead for Store Systems. Sofie’s responsibilities have spanned the management of project teams, system development for retail operations, EDI/B2B processes, and organizational change initiatives. Prior to ICA, Sofie held various project management roles at Ericsson from 2000 to November 2014, focusing on IPTV integration and software development in both domestic and international settings. Sofie holds dual bachelor's degrees in Computer and Systems Sciences from Stockholm University and Physiotherapy from Karolinska Institutet, alongside numerous professional development courses in coaching and agile methodologies.
