Adelina Diaz is a Risk Analyst at ICA Risk Management Consultants. Adelina has over six years of experience in the customer service and financial industry. Adelina started their career as an Office Manager at C Town Super Market and then transitioned to TD as a Financial Services Representative. At TD, Adelina provided exceptional customer service, analyzed the financial and insurance protection needs of clients and provided solutions to help achieve their current and future goals. Adelina is highly efficient and accurate in their processing and operational procedures. In their current role as Risk Analyst, they are responsible for identifying, analyzing, and managing risks for their clients.
