Bethany Perkins

Bethany Perkins is an experienced Sustainable Development Analyst at the International Copper Association since June 2023 and has served as a GIS Analyst at American University since June 2022. During the academic tenure, Bethany has independently georeferenced historic maps and conducted analysis of environmental changes. Previous roles include a Research Assistant at both American University and the University of Maryland Baltimore Campus, where responsibilities involved collecting and processing environmental samples and imagery. Additionally, Bethany has experience as a Nanny and as a Tutor with Reading Partners, focusing on literacy improvement for students. Bethany holds a degree in Environmental Science with a Public Health focus from American University, earned in May 2022.
