Dave Knibbs has over 30 years of experience in customer support roles. Dave most recently served as the Director of Customer Support at iCabbi North America since May 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Mobile Knowledge for over a decade, where they held the position of Director of Customer Support from May 2009 to June 2020. Dave also served as the Manager of Product Verification at Mobile Knowledge from March 2007 to May 2009. Before joining Mobile Knowledge, Dave worked at SiGem for nearly a decade as the Manager of Customer Support, where they were responsible for meeting customer obligations, providing technical support, and driving process improvements. Dave started their career at Gandalf Technologies, Inc., serving as the Supervisor of Customer Support in the Computer Dispatch Division, where they managed technical support activities.

Dave Knibbs completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration from Barrington University during the years 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Microprocessor Technology from NRI, a division of McGraw-Hill continuing Education, from 1983 to 1985. In 1979 to 1980, they earned a Certificate in Software Design from The MGI Management Institute. Their earliest education was a Diploma in Electronics Engineering from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, which they completed from 1973 to 1976, specializing in Electronics Engineering Technology/Technician. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications including Python for Beginners with Examples, "JIRA for Beginners - Use JIRA effectively in your projects," and Agile Crash Course: Agile Project Management; Agile Delivery.
