Natalie B. is an accomplished professional in the field of customer success, with extensive experience leading teams and driving client-focused initiatives. Currently serving as the Vice President of Global Customer Success at iCAD since November 2023, Natalie previously held the role of Director of Strategic Customer Success at Bullhorn. Prior to that, Natalie was the Head of Customer Success at Current Health and served as Senior Director of Client Support & Success at HealthcareSource for over 16 years, where responsibilities included maximizing client retention and optimizing the client experience. With a strong background in product strategy and implementation, Natalie has managed product teams and overseen client implementations throughout her career and has a foundational experience in human resources from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and an internship at the Middlesex County District Attorney's Office.
