Khalid Ezzat Mufti holds an LLB and an MBA and currently serves as the Senior Legal Counsel and Contracts Manager at ICAD-KSA since September 2021, where responsibilities include managing corporate contractual agreements and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Previously, Khalid worked as a Legal Adviser and Contracts Manager at The National Commercial Bank from July 1999 to August 2020, focusing on legal risk management, contract negotiations, and compliance training. Khalid's major achievements include the successful review and electronic archiving of over 5,400 contracts for SAMA and recovering KSA 30 million from defaulted clients within three years. Khalid's educational background features a Master's in Business Administration from UBT and a Bachelor's in Law from King Abdul Aziz University.
