Yasir Elhadi

Yasir Elhadi currently serves as the Head of ITSM for the Jeddah Airport Project at ICAD-KSA, focusing on the development and implementation of ITSM strategies that align with business objectives. Prior to this role, Yasir was the IT Manager for Rentokil Boecker, managing the innovation process and overseeing IT projects to design and deploy new systems. Yasir also held IT Manager positions at FUAD ABDUL JALIL AL FADHLI AND SONS TRADING COMPANY, where responsibilities included structuring the IT department and drafting policies, and in providing leadership during system assessments and budgeting. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior System/Network Engineer at Lumara sd, a System Analyst at Schlumberger, and a Network Administrator at the Higher Military Academy. Yasir obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Science and Technology from 1999 to 2005.
