Towfique Raj

Towfique Raj is an Associate Professor (Tenured) at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, serving as the Principal Investigator of the Laboratory for Functional Genomics. Prior experience includes roles as an Assistant Professor and Instructor at various prestigious institutions such as Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women's Hospital, as well as an Affiliated Research Fellow at the Broad Institute and a Visiting Scholar at Stanford University. Towfique Raj earned a PhD in Genetics from the University of Cambridge, completing this degree between 2005 and 2009, followed by further education at Harvard Medical School from February 2009 to August 2013.
