Al Parvar has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Al currently serves as the Chief Architect at iCallidus, Inc. Prior to this, they held the same role at Aurotech Corp, where they were responsible for overseeing teams and contracts with various government agencies. Al also worked as a Business Consultant at PwC and held advisory and leadership positions at Comdex Enterprises. Al has a background in enterprise architecture, having served as the Principal Enterprise Architect at both the DC Government and the Office of the Chief Technology Officer, Government of the District of Columbia. Al has also worked as an Enterprise Strategist at Tesoro Corporation, an SVP of Business Development at Techdemocracy LLC, and a Senior Enterprise Architect at the Texas Department of Public Safety. Al has been recognized for their architectural contributions in various industries, including marketing and advertising, where they led the successful launch of the Integrated Media Optimization (IMO) engine at Valassis Communications.

Al Parvar's education history begins with a High School Diploma from Don Bosco College, Andisheh High School in the years 1986 to 1990. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science Engineering (BSc Eng.) in Thermo Fluids Mechanical Engineering and Dynamic Control from K. N. Toosi University of Technology, completing it from 1991 to 1996.

Later, Al attended Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Global Executive MBA from 2012 to 2013. Continuing their education at Duke University, they also obtained a Health Sector Management (HSM Certificate) in Health Service Market & Provider Strategy from 2019 to 2020.

In addition, in 2019, Al briefly studied Venture Capital & Private Equity at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, but it is unclear whether they completed a degree in this field.
