Renee Pillo has extensive work experience in the fields of patient experience, marketing, and management. From 2017 to the present, they have held the role of Patient Experience Director at ICAN, where they have been responsible for managing the brand and reputation of the organization, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement throughout the patient lifecycle. In this role, they oversee all aspects of the internal and external brand, including patient experience, employee experience, organization communication, community partnership, and networking. Renee also leads marketing efforts and develops strategies and campaigns for ICAN's interaction with the community. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including ACE-CPT from the American Council of Exercise, ACSM-HFI from the American College of Sports Medicine, and various BTS Group Certifications in Power, Centergy, Groove, Core, Kick, and Cycle from MOSSA. Renee has also obtained certifications in Body Pump, Body Flow, Body Combat, and RPM from Les Mills US (LMUS), as well as CPR-AED from the American Red Cross.
