Scott Elliott is currently the Executive Director at ICAN - California Abilities Network, where he works with individuals to help them discover and achieve their ICAN statements. Previously, he served as the Family Pastor at Hope Chapel for over 20 years. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religion/Religious Studies from Vanguard University of Southern California and a Master of Arts in Theology/Theological Studies from Biola University.
