Lisa Clare-Yeager

Lisa reports directly to the CEO. Lisa oversees the CEO’s daily operations and communications, facilitates the rhythm of the business, and ensures cross-functional alignment against critical business priorities. Lisa also works closely with the leadership team to drive organizational strategy and execution.

Before working with iCap, Lisa worked for Amazon, Starbucks Coffee Company, Kaiser Permanente, and Alaska Airlines. She has a Master's of Human Resources from Cornell University Industrial Labor Relations School.
