Kathy Mazet

Kathy Mazet has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kathy currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at ICAPE Group since May 2021. Previously, they held the position of VP of Americas, Member of Executive Committee at ICAPE Group from January 2015. In this role, they effectively communicated the company's strategy to the board of directors and oversaw revenue generation in North and South America. Kathy also held the position of China General Manager at ICAPE Group from January 2013 to December 2014, where they successfully transformed the China office into a Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise (WFOE) and managed a team of 200+ individuals. Prior to that, they served as the HongKong Director at ICAPE Group from January 2010 to December 2012, where they built and managed international sales teams and developed markets worldwide. Kathy also held the position of China Director at ICAPE Group from February 2004 to December 2009, during which they established the China office from scratch and handled various responsibilities including sales, purchasing, engineering, quality, logistics, finance, and legal matters. Additionally, they worked as a Sales Engineer at ICAPE Group from January 2002 to February 2004. Prior to their tenure at ICAPE Group, Kathy worked as an International Trader in the Chemical Industry at Francois Freres sarl from January 2000 to January 2002, and at LEICHEM from April 1998 to January 2000. Kathy began their career as the China Office USA-Line Sales Manager at Hanjin Shipping from January 1996 to April 1998. Kathy's diverse experience encompasses executive leadership, sales, international trade, and management roles, highlighting their strong expertise in various industries.

Kathy Mazet obtained their master's degree in International Trading from Tianjin Foreign Studies University between the years 1992 and 1996.
