Heather Muckle

Heather Muckle has a diverse work experience in marketing and communications. Heather started their career in 1997 with various communications and marketing roles at Ameriprise Financial Services. Heather then worked as a Senior Product Manager, responsible for financial planning tools and content. Heather excelled in vendor relationships and system change requests during this time.

In 2014, Heather joined RiverSource as a Senior Marketing Manager, focusing on product marketing and content strategy for annuities. Heather developed marketing strategies, produced materials, and coordinated with sales teams to promote product launches.

Heather later worked at CK Advertising as a Copywriter, creating creative content for the automotive advertising industry. Heather wrote for various media types and optimized web content for organic traffic using SEO strategies.

In 2017, they joined AI Insight Inc. as the Head of Marketing, where they created and implemented a multi-channel integrated marketing strategy. Heather also worked as a Sponsor Sales & Marketing Specialist, bringing new alternative investment managers to the AI Insight platform. Heather'semphasis was on providing unbiased training and promoting the need for regulatory-compliance tracking.

Currently, they work at iCapital as the Vice President of Marketing, leading the marketing strategy for their alternative investment education fintech platform. Heather liaises with media, manages press releases, and supports client relationships. Additionally, they play a key role in M&A deals, ensuring a smooth integration process for employees.

Heather Muckle has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. Additionally, they completed the Graduate Studies - Wellness Coach Training Program at the Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences, where they obtained a certification as a Certified Wellness Coach in December 2014. Heather also holds additional certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer from ACTION Certification, which they obtained in July 2012, and as a FINRA Series 7, obtained in February 2005. However, the institution for the FINRA Series 7 certification is unknown.
