Ian Polonsky

Ian Polonsky is currently working at iCapital as the Managing Director in the Legal department. Prior to this role, Ian held the position of Senior Vice President as a Corporate Generalist Attorney at iCapital. Before joining iCapital, Ian worked as an Attorney at Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC and as an Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. Ian also has experience as the Director of the Performance Rights Department at McIntosh & Otis, Inc. Ian obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual and Environmental Studies from Harvard University.
