Timothy Lee

Timothy Lee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the financial technology and legal sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Business Management & Operations APAC at iCapital since June 2018, Timothy has also held various leadership roles including Co-Head of Corporate Development and Senior Vice President for both Corporate Development and Legal Counsel. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, where Timothy focused on complex corporate transactions, and co-founding Soomgo, contributing to its successful exit in 2024. Timothy holds a J.D. from Duke University School of Law, a BS in Political Science from Arizona State University, and a certificate from Yonsei University in Korean Language.
