Henry Aguda

Henry Aguda, FICD, serves as the CEO and President of UnionDigital Bank since February 2023 and holds multiple leadership positions including PSAC Digital Infrastructure Lead at the Private Sector Advisory Council, Chairman of the Board at both City Savings Bank and UBX, and Board Member roles at InLife Health Care and BancNet, Inc. A distinguished former Senior Executive Vice President at UnionBank of the Philippines, Aguda spearheaded pivotal digital transformation initiatives that positioned the bank as a leader in the digital sector. Educated at the University of the Philippines where Aguda earned a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, further enhanced by strategic business education at Harvard Business School and The Wharton School, Aguda combines extensive legal and technical knowledge to guide organizations effectively.
