Leandro Ruiz is a seasoned professional in IT service delivery and operations management. Currently serving as Service Delivery Manager at Icaro Tech since July 2023, Leandro is responsible for overseeing sustainment contracts and ensuring high-quality ITIL-based technical support for diverse national and international clients. Prior experience includes roles as IT Manager at J&T Express Brasil and extensive experience at Neogrid, where Leandro progressed from Support Analyst to IT Operations Coordinator, managing 24x7 operations, leading customer service teams, and driving project management initiatives.
