Selma N. Ward

Selma N. Ward, MBA, CHC, currently serves as Regional Vice President of Operations at ABA Centers of America and ICBD Holdings since January 2023, and as the President and Founder of Clear River Consulting since May 2014. Ward has held leadership roles including Chief Executive Officer at The Children's Center of Hamden, Chief Financial Officer and Compliance Officer at Perception Programs, and Controller at The Rectory School. Additionally, Ward was an Adjunct Professor at Connecticut Community Colleges and Chief Operations Officer at the Urban League of Greater Hartford. Education includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Public from Liberty University, a Master of Business Administration in Finance from American InterContinental University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the same institution.
