Javier Parra is an economic internationalist specialized in the formulation and evaluation of social and economic projects for international cooperation. They have held various analytical roles, including at Polus Center for Social and Economic Development, Zenko Organization, and Asociación Colombiana de Exportadores de Esmeraldas. Currently, Javier serves as an advisor in official development aid and strategic alliances at ICBF. They have completed a degree in International Economic Relations from Universidad Autónoma de Colombia and are pursuing a master's degree in Contemporary Political, Economic, and International Problem Analysis at Universidad Externado de Colombia.
