Jenni Yau (Smart) is a highly experienced professional who has worked in various roles within the hospitality and events industry. Jenni currently holds the position of Senior Association Account Manager at ICC Belfast | Waterfront Hall | Ulster Hall, where Jenni plays a key role in bringing national, European, and international conferences to Belfast. Prior to this, Jenni worked as a Senior Sales Executive at Andras House Hotels, focusing on IHG and Accor properties in Belfast. Jenni also has experience as a Junior Sales Co-ordinator at Galgorm Resort & Spa. Jenni completed a 1st class honours degree in Leisure and Events Management at Ulster University and has additional qualifications in acting from the University of West London.
