Vincent Chui, S.E. has extensive experience in structural engineering, currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Engineering at ICC Evaluation Service (ICC-ES) since May 2015, following roles as Regional Engineering Director, Assistant Regional Engineering Director, and Principal Structural Engineer at Anchor Group. Prior to ICC-ES, Vincent worked as a Senior Engineer specializing in substation structural engineering at Southern California Edison from September 2011 to June 2015. From 2005 to 2011, Vincent was the owner of VCCE INC. Vincent holds a Master's degree in Structural Engineering from California State University, Los Angeles, and a degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
