Jim Moore

Jim Moore has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Jim began their career at Dow AgroSciences in 1990 as a Cost Accounting Team Leader and remained with the company until 1997. Jim then joined ONEX Inc. as a Director of Consulting Operations for four years before moving to INRANGE Consulting as an Executive Director of Consulting Operations. Jim worked at ADESA as a Strategic Project Manager from 2004 to 2006 before joining Finish Line as the Director of Information Systems Services, and later at VMC as the Director of Sales Operations. In 2009, they became the Practice Director of Operations & Technology Risk at Titus. In 2010, Jim returned to Dow AgroSciences in the role of Marketing Programs Team Leader and Finance M&A. Jim then served as the Global Finance Leader - Insect Management/Fungicides at Corteva Agriscience/Dow AgroSciences from 2014 to 2019. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at ICC Floors Plus, where their responsibilities include leading and managing the accounting and finance team, financial forecasting and reporting, and providing strategic guidance.

Jim Moore attended Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 1983 to 1987, during which they did not receive a degree or pursue any specific field of study. Jim later returned to the same institution from 1991 to 1994 to obtain an MBA in Finance.
