Rachel Perez

Rachel Perez, MBA, BSN, CPHQ, CCRN-K, serves as the Director of Clinical Operations at ICC Healthcare under the HCA Healthcare System since July 2022. Prior to this role, Rachel coordinated all patient transfers as an RN Transfer Coordinator at HCA Healthcare from August 2019 to July 2022, supporting multiple divisions and facilities. Rachel's career at Orlando Health from September 2007 to August 2019 included positions as Clinical Quality Specialist, Nursing Operations Manager, and Assistant Nurse Manager, focusing on driving quality improvements in inpatient settings. Rachel holds a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from Saint Leo University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Central Florida, and an Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Hillsborough Community College.
