Donna Simpson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and administration. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Director of Human Resources and Director of AV Services at the International Convention Centre Sydney since July 2016, Donna supports a diverse HR team while contributing to the venue's reputation as a premier meeting and event destination. Prior to this role, Donna worked at AccorHotels from 2004 to 2016 in various positions, including Regional Talent & Culture Coordinator for NSW/ACT, where responsibilities included recruitment, training coordination, and event management for a large network of hotels. Early career experiences included roles as a Human Resources Consultant at AMP and administrative positions at Hotel Formule 1 Wentworthville, showcasing a strong foundation in HR support and customer service.
