Luke Fleming MAHRI MAICD is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within the HR field, currently serving as Director of Human Resources at the International Convention Centre Sydney since May 2016. With a strong focus on HR business planning, talent acquisition, and workforce management, Luke has demonstrated expertise in developing HR systems and strategies that promote diversity and inclusion. Prior positions include managing workforce planning and HRIS implementation at The Star Entertainment Group and roles in HR software management at Digital Instinct. Luke holds multiple degrees and certifications, including a Master of Human Resource Management from the University of Newcastle, and actively contributes to the Sydney East Hockey Association and previously to the Glebe Rowing Club as a board member.
