Prior to this role, James worked as a Personal Trainer at Vive Fitness 24/7 Lakeshore Etobicoke from February 2020 to April 2022 and as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Enhanced Performance Galway from September 2016 to April 2018. James holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Strength and Conditioning from Limerick Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from the University of Galway.
