Mark Kromkowski

Mark Kromkowski is a partner at Ice Miller LLP, specializing in private equity, SBIC, RBIC, and SSBCI fund formation, as well as transactional and credit facilities since July 2021. Prior to this role, Mark served as a partner at McGuireWoods from 2008 to July 2021, focusing on private equity and fund formation. Mark's earlier experience includes working with Wildman Harrold in the private equity sector, the SBIC group, and venture and equipment leasing from 2000 to 2008, as well as serving as a partner at Holland & Knight LLP. Mark began a career in sales with the Baltimore Orioles in 1995. Educational credentials include a JD from Notre Dame Law School (1998) and a BA in Great Books from the University of Notre Dame (1992).
