Melissa Prince Esq.

Melissa Prince Esq. serves as the Chief of Legal Operations at Ice Miller LLP since October 2023. Prior to this role, Melissa was a member of Chief from September 2021 to 2024, focusing on empowering women in executive leadership. Melissa participated in the Conference, Programming, and Women’s Initiative Committees at the Legal Value Network from 2020 to 2024. From August 2015 to October 2023, Melissa held positions as Chief Value and Innovation Officer and Director of Pricing and Legal Project Management at Ballard Spahr LLP. Additional experience includes serving as Counsel of Advisors for the True Value Partnering Institute and as a member of the Rutgers Big Data Advisory Board. Earlier in the career, Melissa contributed to Reed Smith LLP as a Global Legal Project Manager and to Dechert LLP as a Senior Legal Project Management Analyst. Academic qualifications encompass a J.D. from Rutgers Law School, Agile Project Management from Rutgers Business School, and ongoing studies in Leadership in Law Firms at Harvard Law School, complemented by a degree in General Management from The Wharton School.
