Samantha Isom

Samantha Isom, MLIS, CKM, has extensive experience in competitive intelligence and knowledge management within legal environments, currently serving as Senior Competitive Intelligence Lead at Ice Miller LLP since September 2012. Over the years, Samantha held various positions at Ice Miller, including Manager of Competitive Intelligence and Knowledge Management, and Manager of Knowledge Management and Information Analytics, focusing on in-depth research, collaboration with Business Development, and innovative solutions to business challenges. Samantha's earlier roles included positions at Canton Public Library and internships at TRW Automotive and Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, where contributions to records management policies were made. Samantha holds a Master of Library and Information Science and a Graduate Certificate in Records and Information Management from Wayne State University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Literature, Technology, and Society from Eastern Michigan University.
