Robyn Kozak

Robyn Kozak has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Robyn is currently working as a Sr. Content Specialist at ICE Mortgage Technology since September 2020. Before joining ICE Mortgage Technology, they worked as a Content Processor at Ellie Mae starting in July 2016. Prior to that, they served as an Order Desk at Progressive Land Title Agency from December 2012 to June 2016. Earlier in their career, they worked at SAIC as a Technical Editor/Production Specialist, where they were responsible for editing and preparing scientific study reports. Robyn also gained extensive experience in training, documentation, project management, and publishing as a Principal Publishing Specialist at Thomson Reuters from November 2002 to September 2010. Robyn'sfirst job was as a Clerk/Office Assistant at Giant Eagle, where they worked from 1996 to 2002.

Robyn Kozak obtained a B.A. in English from Baldwin Wallace University from the years 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they attended Cuyahoga Community College from 1998 to 2000, but did not complete a degree or field of study at that institution. In terms of additional certifications, Robyn has obtained various certifications from Lynda.com, including "Innovative Customer Service Techniques" and "Managing Your Time" in October 2017, "Organizing Your Office for Maximum Efficiency" and "Windows 10 Tips and Tricks" in March 2017, "How to Manage Customer Expectations for Frontline Employees" in November 2016, and "Note-Taking for Business Professionals" in July 2016.
