Shmuel Shayowitz

Shmuel Shayowitz is an experienced mortgage banker and real estate executive, currently serving as the President and Mortgage Banker at Approved Funding since January 1994, specializing in various home loan types including FHA, VA, Conventional, Reverse Mortgages, and Commercial Financing. In addition, Shmuel is the CEO and Co-Founder of Real Estate Executive, established in July 2023, focusing on assisting multi-family property owners and managers. Shmuel holds a position as an Advisory Board Member at Ellie Mae, contributing expertise in CRM technology, and is a contributing writer for The New Jersey Jewish Link. Prior experience includes serving as a mortgage consultant at Apple Bank and an SVP at another multi-billion dollar mortgage bank. Education includes attendance at Touro University and Yeshiva University.
