Hanne Cats

Hanne Cats is the current DNA Director and Head of DNA Development at ice Norway since June 2021. Prior to this, Hanne was the Global Change Management Lead at Cermaq Global from February 2019 to June 2021. Hanne also holds the position of CEO/Administrerende direktør at Cats Communications since January 2011. With a background in management and extensive experience in strategy, communication, and change management, Hanne has been involved in various organizations and held positions such as Kommunikasjonssjef at ADRA and Markedssjef at Oslo Børs ASA. Hanne is also a board member at NKI Nettstudier and Hovedorganisasjonen Virke. Hanne holds a Master's degree in Management and has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Internationalization, and Management.
